Author Message   Gmaan03 Posted on Thursday, April 14, 2011 - 03:38 am:        I picked up my first Buell, a 2001 X1 in December. It needed lots of work! Long story short, I took it for its first ride last Saturday. My brother called me and said he was going to be in Montery on Saturday so off I went. 350 miles later and I am all grins...... It rides so sweet on the freeway, and the torque is so fun. I am planning a trip the 22nd to Northern Cal. for the weekend, and am going to ride it. I still need to work on the cosmetics, but it runs prefect.
