At the risk of getting outbid on this bike- I have to ask the question. There's a low mileage 2000 S3 on eBay right now with what appears to be light damage for only $3200 BIN. It looks like it needs a shifter, left peg, handlebars, left mirror, a rear tire, and 3 turn signals. The fairing is hosed up a little but looks repairable.

I've been looking for an M2 but this looks almost too good to pass up. Salvage title is no problem in SC.

Is there likely to be some big dollar item that needs to be replaced that I don't see?

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

TIA,
Hugh
