Just picked up a 99 S3 turn signals work whenever they feel like. Also the tailight is on as if im braking. Any ideas?

Check the front brake light switch (its mounted at the brake lever, unplug the wire and see if your light goes out). They like to fail.

"Turn signals" - both sides? Or just one side?
