I have a caliper and bracket for a Cyclone for a dual disc set-up but the bracket makes the caliper uneven with the right side caliper. I was told this set-up was made by Buell Racing (not pro series) and has "racing use only" engraved in the backside of the bracket. Anyone know anything about this crazy set-up??

I want it if you are looking to get rid of it.

i'm pretty sure the actual buell race caliper mounts without a special bracket.

It's not a Buell race caliper. It's a Nissin caliper made for the left side. I'm guessing it's an early race part and um.. I'm not selling it. Just wanted to know I wasn't getting a line of bull from the person I got it from wanted to know more about it. How much would someone spend on one of these things. I spent 150 with the caliper, master, brake lines and bracket.

Matt, I got the same set-up on my cyclone, same rt.side bracket and Nissin calipers. Mine came off a racers X1 who got it from Buell. I got the whole set-up: 2 calipers 2 EBC disc's, lines and master cylinder. Installed it and didn't crack a line(no bleeding necessary)
He had changed brands of bike and needed Daytona money.
I've had this set-up for about seven years. Two finger braking and absolutly no fade. Love it.

It's not that crazy. Nissin never made a caliper for that side so it adapts the common Japanese bolt pattern calipers. Mine is two finger braking when cold and one finger when hot. It should be used with a 5/8" master cylinder or a 19mm radial. Another brake line can be ran on a double banjo bolt.

Does anyone have pics of this kit on their bike?
