Author Message   97s3tcolorado Posted on Friday, February 04, 2011 - 10:00 pm:        I have a 1997 S3T and I'm in the middle of a restoration and I was missing the the right lower fairing (under the air box) I got one from a badweb member and I think didn't do my home work. I was just doing a little mockup and wanted to test fit it and it looks like it will not work. I believe it to be for a 1999 and up as it came off an 2001. It looks like the exhaust will interfere with the lower? Or am I missing something? Your knowledge would be great. I just don't want to cut it up and "make" it fit my bike if some one could use it on the correct bike. I will see if I find the correct part if not I will have no choice but to make it work.
