I know there is some talent here, can anyone make a set of rearsets or give me plans. I've seen the Banke's but don't know if anyone has any. My other idea is to weld tabs on the frame around the area of isolator bolt and then bolt a set of rearsets on. If anyone has done a mod like this please respond. I already have the peg relocators but still run out of clearance on the track |

You are not that far from me. If you would like to make plans from my Banke's you are welcome to. |

Wow, I still have yet to touch down a peg, even with the stock mounting points. Call me "chicken strips" I guess... If you get to lean that far over, maybe I'll sign up for a Track Day or something. My used M2 came with the full rearsets, but not comfortable for commuting, sold them. Kinda wish I hadn't sometimes. Hey DaveFL that's awsome M2. Why race the M2, not the S2? Oh and can I ask what is that Helmet shown in your picture? (Message edited by jayvee on December 18, 2010) |

The M2 was my first Buell. When I wanted to do some touring I got the S3T so I started taking the M2 to the track. I killed a set of nice aluminium pegs and a boot before I installed the rearsets. The S2 is more of a relaxed bike, I have always wanted one and when Buell closed I picked one up because I don't think they will ever be worth less than they are right now. |

DaveFl I'll take you up on that offer. It will have to be after the holidays though. Javee, track days are great. Easy to reach the limits when you don't have to worry about critters, or four wheels crossing your path, and you know the track is clean. |
