Got the new iso,seems crazy to mt from under the frame!My main ? is what are the tq specs for the "do not remove" iso mt bolts.I have thunderstorm heads so my S2 manual is no help,not that the info can be found anyway.ThanksB.B.

I know the question if for S2 but for X1 it goes on top just like OEM, right?

I've got a "notched" frame and it was easier bolting it to the bottom. Too much wiring in the way to force it in. The old one was a bear to get out of there.

Don't re-use the bolts that hed the iso mount to the head. They are one time use only.

They are not one time use only, But replacing them is a good idea...

You can mount it on top also but then you have to use a saz-all to trim the washer at the top so it stops hammering into the frame where they should have put a notch.
I should read the instructions when I do shite on my bike.
