I'm kind of new to electronic diagnoses, but I thought I would share what I know right now. I hope I'm not getting annoying here...

Received code 11. I tested the voltage range of the TPS system and found it went from 0.5 up to about 4.5 without jumps or drops. I checked continuity from the deutsch connector to the TPS and it was fine for all wires.
Question: Does this sound like my ECM may have died?

When this problem first arose, I had just re-wired one of my fuel injector connectors due to a broken connection. It ran perfectly well for a few miles then started sputtering and popping badly. Wouldn't go more than bicycle speeds. When I got it home (towed) it claimed a BAS issue (and would not turn over), which was fixed by unplugging and re-plugging the BAS. At this point, it would turn over, but not start. Opening the throttle would let it start, but not idle and when it died it would spit out a poof of gas (or some unidentified steam) from the intake.

Codes 11, 15, 44, and 23 are still shown but 44 and 23 should be historic, possibly 15 too.

I'm waiting for the ECMspy cable. I should be able to reset the TPS tomorrow. Hopefully this is what is actually wrong...
