Anyone know of a product to fill deep scratches in the plastic fuel tank that will hold up to gasoline fumes? Need to repaint after a high side.

I"m not 100% sure but I don't see why any automotive plastic filler(Bondo) wouldn't work as long as the scratch didn't penetrate all the way through the tank.

Bondo is hard.

M2 tanks flex.

Check with a body shop, get the stuff they use for polyurethane bumper covers. It has a lot of flex agent in it, and should help keep it from cracking/flaking if your tank flexes.
