Pop the primary cover off and you'll have a good idea what's going on.

Well I broke it....Noise is in the crankcase.

Not happy that I've only had it a few weeks but oh well. I want to get it up and runing quick so I don't miss out on riding for the next couple months.


Anybody got a link to maybe finding a used engine?

Does it HAVE to be Buell 1200 or can I use a Sportster motor as a band aid until I get mine fixed?

The cases are fine. It looks like I damaged the rod/crank bearing.

It's coming out this weekend and going to a local guy who was recommended to me. He is a real nice guy.

He feels the oil filter that came on my Bike may be part of the problem.
