I talked to owner and he said he started riding in 59,me too said he started on BSA,I said I had 250,000 miles on five of them 200,000 on two,He said his was cutting out and while sitting heard it losing air in tire.it wasn,t but gas cap vac hole plunged.I sad had same problem, but bad hearing.I found out from an old Man BSA dlr. in Virginia after thinking it was electric, replacing coils,Volkswagin coils on a 1200 mile trip to Atlanta on a 66 BSA Lightning..

Your bike looks better Butch but I may be a little biased...

I never saw another Buell outside the showroom (been on one since 97) until 2005...
