Dunno...but maybe someone can look this one up and see if it crosses over. 95/96 S2, 74523-91, regulator, voltage. I'm pretty sure *that's* a Sporty part...most of the S2 was. |

Tom_b my X1 did the same thing twice, And apparently there was a bad batch of valves back when these bike were made. It is almost always the exhaust valve that drops. Now i wont use any HD garbage parts. Are you getting an engine light that is coming on? My engine light would come on intermittently on the freeway and it was the voltage regulator not grounded properly. |

No check engine light, im just not gettin juice back to the battery. My stator is puttin it out and tests good, thats why im guessin its the reg. |

I had to replace the voltage regulator on my way to Laguna Seca... Santa Maria HD used a new Sportster regulator and had to do some creative wiring, but it works like a champ!!! |

Just got my regulator from J&P. The Sportster model worked perfect. I had to put a new connector on it but other than that it was a piece of cake and cost about 58 bucks....Josh. |
