It is worth it just for the case. You can always get the H-D internals for cheap. Think of it this way. The only issue I have is that it has a piece of rubber covering the connection between the selenoid and the starter that is a rather unsightly white instead of black. It is accumulating grime and starting to disappear. Don't have many miles on it but no reason to think it will fail any sooner than any other.
