My bike was idling in neutral when it went into first on its own . anybody know why ?

Probably between gears, and vibrated IN instead of Out?

Sounds like a likely reason, or maybe the detent plate has shifted a bit? Is this a one time event or has it happened more than once?

Suggest keeping the clutch pulled in even when starting it in Neutral until you figure it out, just to keep your bike from running off on you.

Just happened once . I was letting it idle while warming up .
