ive been looking around and have seen a couple rear shocks that are listed for a few different bikes but i dont know if they are right or not. so my question is.... what rear shocks are compatible on a 2000 x1???? |

There were 2 variants - 14", and 16.5", measeured eye-to-eye (the mounting bolts). There were minor differences in spring rate, i.e. S3T models were sprung slightly heavier than S1 models due to the weight and luggage...but it's minor. Measure yours. Get one the same length. Ride. Smile. Repeat |

Also you can run the short or long version on any tube frame Buell as long as you have a compatible front mount. |
