Here is a list of things I could use
broken metal parts IE
Sproket,
cams,
fragged drive gears,
pistons,
etc
New or gently used S2 parts accessories for door prizes, give aways... |

Bkerchuck, got your SASE today.
I bought better envelopes to send the coin out since it is a little heavier so from now on a SASE will not be required (sorry Bkerchuck but I just got them yesterday)... No problems on me picking up the postage because it is not much....
I got to get to the post office...

Frank, Thank you so much! I just sold my 1985 Yamaha FJ-1100 this morning so I can now pay off and pick up another Buell. I'm buying a '96 S2T from a friend. 2nd owner bike with signature series stuff and some extras included. I'll be getting that one next Monday. Will send VIN once it's in my possession.

Chuck, it you look at the signature series mini build sheet (for both bikes if you have it) there is a lot of info on it.
Can you please send me everything on it. Build Date, Crankcase number etc etc... Or you can just scan it and send it to me if you like.
Good luck on the S2T, I like all S2s but the S2Ts are my favorite...

A swag donation would be great as well but Spiderman has to make that call and may already have something in the works.... I really have no authority and am just looking forward to going to an event where I have no responsibilities... Maybe that was what made Texas so great.... Nope, it was great regardless...

Frank, mine arrived yesterday afternoon. Already had planned to let you know. Absolutely beautiful! I can't say thank you enough. If a decision is made to put this on a tshirt sign me up ASAP. Have VIN for the S2T I'm picking up on Monday. PM on its' way. |

Carl and I recieved the coins yesterday. I have it in my pocket as I type.
To say I'm impressed would be a MAJOR understatement.
They are beautiful, MUCH better in your hand then in the pictures that were posted and they were impressive!
Carl was impressed as well, he didn't realize how few of the S2's were out there.
Speaking of that, any guesses as to how many are left on the road these days?
I'm betting over half are no longer around for one reason or another.
Thanks again Frank, your thoughtfullness and passion for these old beasts never ceases to impress me.

Hey, go under the Court thread and look at the bottle of soda with the buell logo. we could have Buell S2 gathering soda or water bottles.......that would be cool. |

Brad, tell Carl thanks for his service. I know it is not easy. He seems to have a good head on his shoulders no doubt due to your guidance.
I am glad you both like the Challenge Coins.
How many S2s are left? Hard to say. If the badweb represents 15 to 20 percent of S2 riders then maybe there are about half or less left...
I am really surprised at the emails I get... 98 percent of them have been really positive from people that really love these machines..I have received a few nasty ones but they are not really S2 guys
I know it is not a requirement to do things like this but I always felt I should give something back to the community I am a member of. Although I am disappointed in the things that are allowed on other parts of this site (Quick Board) but the S2 sections is somewhat of a sanctuary to me...
