It seems like the one in Wisconsin is quite a bit nicer for a few hundred more. Of course, I have no business thinking about buying either!

All these low prices are killing me. It's like an addiction, one is never enough. Here is another one, cheap not mine.

Frank there's something terribly wrong there. He has to sell the S2 because he is buying a Road King. What does his wife think he is going to get, realistically for that S2, and what will he have left to ride when he becomes bored with the road king?

Sigh.

Yes, how does that go....Jack up the gas cap...pull everything out from under gas cap...put a Buell under that gas cap, then throw away the gas cap.

When I got my RK, I didn't even think about parting with the S2. About $0.70 a day for ins. and DMV......a no brainer. If I did sell it and get a few grand, the $ would soon be gone. Just my 2 cents.

Maybe he is looking to trade the S2 for some chrome LOL.

No matter. There were always some people that rode Buells until they could "afford a real bike." I think, as much as I hated the XB release, that was changed.

Same with some of the Sporty crowd which was how Buell was compared in some circles.

The S2 is a great and classic machine. The S2 riders are even better. He does not know that.

I like the bike and I'm a Vikings fan, but those mirrors and tubular handlebars are FUGLY.

Jvv, that's exactly how I see it. Unless it's a critical financial decision for him.

It looks nice in the photos, but my main grind is that he had to put four holes in the upper triple clamp to get that triple clamp base on there.

I was so distracted by the mirrors and handles on the saddle bags I didn't even notice the handlebars. Very interesting.
