I noticed today that I lost the rear exhaust mount on my Force exhaust (the red thing in the picture). I figured that the bolt probably broke.

Has anyone come up with a better way to mount the rear of the Force exhaust?

On a more positive note, I received my Race ECM from Erik Buell Racing today.

And also got some hardware from Earl's to vent my crank to the ground.

Thanks in advance for any input on attaching the rear of the Force exhaust.

i used some aluminum stock because i lost everything on mine.

drilled 2 holes in some aluminum flat bar my dad had around for building airplanes, and bent it to fit in there just right, no rubber grommet between the bar and the muffler hanger.

took it for an 80 mile round trip, got home and checked it, snapped in half :/

shoulda used steel or stainless

I rigged a rear mount using a 3/8 brass sleeve, some shock top rubbers, a bolt, and some washers. Not too fancy but this one should hold, I actually drilled the mounting plate and went with a bigger size bolt.
