Does anyone know what size threads the banjo bolt has for a rear master cylinder on a 00-02 M2 rear master cylinder? The master cylinder is part # H0205.R

10x1
10x1.25
Something else?

Thanks for the reply. You are correct. I stopped by the hardware store today and figured out it is 10 x 1.25

Phillip, what are you doing on this forum and why are you asking about a Nissin M/C? Don't you have a PM 4 piston caliper on the rear of your XL?

I bought a set of Sideshots for my bike and in order to make them fit I'm going to need to junk my big old caveman XL rear master cylinder.

I bought a rear master cylinder for a Buell M2 which is a lot smaller to try to use. A Harley dealer was having a close out and it was only $40 shipped.

arent you afraid the sideshots will kill all that power you just put in your motor?

I certainly hope not. Everyone says they're among the best 2:2 pipes because of the power chamber. They'll have to be pretty bad to be worse than my last two sets I've had on there. I haven't been able to find exhaust pipe happiness since my Hookers cracked to pieces.

These look like they might be OK but I'm not too impressed with the look of the baffles. I'll probably need new Thunder Monsters before I'm through.

Are you not talking about V&H sideshots?

Yeah, I just bought some. That's why I need to change my master cylinder.

I'm just sayin, never seen anyone get over 88 RWHP with those. Remember CJburr? He had stage III heads, 1250, and those pipes, and only got 88 rwhp. He only switched to a bassani 2-1 and re-tune and it jumped to 103 rwhp. Dan calls them 85 HP pipes.

I think he was running Shortshots, and he probably had baffles. That's about the best those pipes will do with baffles.

Mine are Sideshots. They're more like a 2:1 becaused they're joined at the hip with a power chamber (balance tube).
