Author Message   Matrim Posted on Tuesday, June 08, 2010 - 03:19 pm:        I was searching for info on replacing my battery and within the multitude of different opinions, I came across a post from 2008 talking about using Dewalt battery packs to make custom bike batteries. I was wondering if anyone had any additional information or if anyone has actually done it themselves and would like to shed some light on this mod (because naturally I am very intrigued.) Would I be correct in assuming that an altered charging setup would be required? If so, any thoughts? Another thought... Best "normal" battery? (Value in mind.)
