Hello all,
Got back to dyno, just to see the HP and torque with my D&D full exhaust system and the same setup before except for exhaust (1250 kit, Hurricane Forged Piston 10.5:1 compression and Porting Heads from Dan of NRHS; C.F. oval air cleaner ham can and ECM reprogrammed with custom mapping via ECMSPY).

So for 60 Euros I thought it would be fun at I am surprised.
I asked the guy if there is a correction factor he told me that There was a correction factor of 7% less power and torque.

This time the bike pulled 102.5 RWHP and 121 Nm or 89,25 ft-lb and top speed was 235 Km/h or 147 MPH.

Torque peaked at 4477 rpm and HP peaked at 6500rpm.

There is a considerable difference between the stock header exhaust W/ D&D slip on and D&D full exhaust system.

Here my comparative dyno sheet:

The green line is with the stock headers and D&D slip on and the dark red line is with D&D full exhaust system (Both runs with 1250 kit, Hurricane Forged Piston 10.5:1 compression and Porting Heads Stage 1 from Dan of NRHS; C.F. oval air cleaner ham can and ECM reprogrammed with custom mapping via ECMSPY.

You can see the big difference between both runs.

Regards.

I did mine with the XB heads and stage 2 port polish smaller 7mm valves single beehive springs forcewinder intake and a full D&D exhaust and custom dyno tuning by JTS performance.

I hit 117 rwhp and 98fl-bs in 4th gear!

I could not get a good run in 5th due to a weak clutch.(slippage)

Hi Preybird1. How's it going?....hope you are doing well.........

That all sounds good. And the numbers look great!

I'm running with X1 stock Cams(497). I guess you are running with 536 cams, right?......

Mine's a similar build though it's only pulled 100hp and 91ft-lbs so far in a bad state of tune. It's bottle necked somewhere, me thinks, and breaks up at high rpm. Drastic jetting changes have had little effect (still coming up lean with some huge main jet increases). The timing is set where it wants to be (though fairly drastic timing changes only make a few hp difference). It's had me scratching my head a bit. Our sniffer broke at work some time ago, so I'm stuck with it unless I go to the local H-D dealer

It's running perfectly up to about 6000rpm, so it's been good enough to get around with.
