Hi,

Do I need to remove the entire front wheel in order to change the speedo drive on my S1 or is it possible to slide it in with just pulling the pin out a little bit? And if I have to take the wheel of can I do that without removing the brake caliper?

Thanks
Marco in Stockholm, Sweden

Marron:

You can get the DRIVE UNIT,speedometer PN 67127-84A with out removing the wheel ...

"NOW", if you want to remove the wheel it is easier to remove the front rotor than mess with the caliper ...

You can keep the wheel in place, but the axle has to come all the way out. Keep track of the spacers, too - they need to go back in the right way : )
