Butch,

Heck, I didn't realized that you were so close! For some reason, I thought that you lived on the east side of the state!

I may have to ride over to that cruise night one Wednesday evening. Do you go most weeks?

There is one here in Buffalo every Friday night put on by the local radio station, at Dunn Tire Dragway. It's usually pretty entertaining watching the young'uns dragging...

Butch,

That rally died a couple of years ago. Shame. It really was a good weekend. All downtown Buffalo was roped off for bikes only. You could look at bikes all day and by the time you got back to where you started there were different ones there.

128K and never to have seen another S2 on the road! I've seen five different ones around Buffalo/Niagara Falls!

Oddly enough, with all the places that I've ridden to, I've never spent any time in the Finger Lakes area...

Hey Ebutch, Tbolt98 - I live about 5 miles from the Log Cabin. I usually stop out a couple times each summer and wander around. Let me know when you're likely to show up & I'll try to be there...

I enjoy the Curtiss Museum, but it was REALLY cool when it was in the little old building in downtown Hammondsport. That place had a seriously good vibe.

The "real" Curtiss V8 is in the Smithsonian Air & Space museum in DC. I got all excited when I saw it there last year. My wife didn't get it...
