As the title says, I am curious what needs to be done to make an S3 an S3T. Will the bags mount right up or are there brackets required? will the fairing lowers mount up? Basically can it be done easily.

thanks in advance, shawn

Shawn, There is a set of brackets that the bags mount on.

The lower fairing on the right has a couple of brackets, and the left uses a loop band to mount on the frame about mid way down.

All easy to add if you have the parts.

You will need the bags and brackets.
I am sure some one can post the numbers.

There were also faring lowers that came on the S3t as well as bags that went inside the faring stay.

Oh yeah don't forget the S3T sticker ; )

Don't forget that the S3T handlebars are taller, too.

And S2T pegs were lower than S2 pegs...was that the case with S3's as well?

Along with the bars...did they include a cable/brakeline swap? Just things to think about...

There was a guy trying to make an S3 from his S3T, maybe you could search and work something out.
