Hello all. The speedometer on my 2000 Buell x1 stopped working. I changed out the speedometer sensor. Still not working. Is there any way to test using ECMspy? Trip meter button still works. Any ideas what it might be?

Same thing happened to me last week. If you check the service manual there is an instrument to test it. Not sure how hard the instrument is to find or how $$ it is.

I have for sale a speedometer I bought by mistake from a 2001 USA BUELL X1 Lightning.

It has both miles per hour AND kilometers per hour, stamped Y0500.KA on the back side of the speedometer. It includes the little screws that hold the electrical connectors onto the back side. Odometer read just 6460 miles on clock. It is in Excellent Shape and it works fine.

It is off of the bike right now and I can send pics if you want.
