Has anyone used this stuff yet? I got a 50'x 1" roll fer $31. Does this stuff go on dry or does it go better with water too. Any input would be great even if its "Hey don't use that Crap". thanks Gents!

If it is like any other fibrous wrap wet it down to keep stuff from flying around in the air. Fiber dust is not good stuff to breathe.

I hope you have enough. I had 3' left over from a 1", 100' roll. I had a thread on here many months ago about the install. Just put a fresh coat of black paint on the other day and it looks new. You'll want to wet it down, damp, not soaking wet and wear gloves. If you can completely roll it out that will help it from winding up on you and put it in a bucket and pour just enough water on it to keep the dust down. I'll try and find that post.

The titanium goes on dry. It does not stretch like the normal stuff.

I like the looks of the narrow stuff myself.

If you have lots or sharp curves like the X1's then the narrow stuff overlaps more and doesn't try to "tent" up on you around the corners.
