American Sport Bike is out, and they say that they're 40mm seals. I've seen them listed as 41mm before too though. Harley can't keep them stocked. Found some other seals from a different (aftermarket) manufacturer. I am down a bike to ride without them, so I am trying to figure out which ones to order.
