I have a plan on what i will be doing, but i think my cables will be to short. I was wondering what those with X1 triples and XB forks are using for handlebars since the forks will be in the way.... I was planning on 2" rox risers, but im afraid the 2" rise will be to much.

alright pur, i got you some more measurements. the stock bars have 5" of rise. the RC mini bars have 4.6". the rox 2"risers, positioned in front of the forks for clearance(as are mine), only provide 1" of rise.

with risers and bars you sould be about .5" taller than stock...

will it fit? i donno : ).... but .5" really isnt soo much...

hey, thanks for the info! I did do a little poking around today and found that motion pro has some decent pricing on custom length clutch and throttle cables IF mine where not long enough.

Thanks a bunch for the measurements though! Im going to try and order the ROX risers today.

stock cables can handle up to an inch over stock handlebar height. i had some taller S3T style bars before I went to the clip-ons... no problems, lock-to-lock.

Reading up I found a post with some good info about the forks that fit without mods or what mods are necessary for other forks.

Dolzinnig-

thanks for the link, i have read that many times and its great info, however, most are using the XB triple tree which in itself requiring modding. Im looking to stay with my X1 triple (for now), which doesnt allow me to bolt my handlebars on without risers...which i was going do anyways, but only 1", I need a min of 1.5" which i cant find, only 2", which makes my clutch cable very tight! but motion pro will build me anything i need so thats cool

thanks
