Hello, I am in need of some wiring help. I have a 1999 X1 Lightning engine in a custom bike and I just picked up this Buell speedo off of ebay but have no idea on how to wire it up. Here is a few pics of what I'm working with. The first is the front of the speedo. The second is the sensor that was on the engine when I bought it. There is 3 wires coming out of it. A black, a red, and a white. The third pic is the back of the speedo.
If anyone knows how to wire this up, I'd be extremely grateful to know how its done.

did you make a chopper out of it?

I don't recall which was which off hand though.
