Just curious. Is there anyone else here in the old school section that only has a Tuber, nothing more? AFAIK, I'm the only one I can think of. In about 14 months of riding time, I've accuired 20,000 miles on it. Have you ridden your tuber lately?

I've gone through a couple of periods where I just had my S2T.I can't say that now though.
Still managed to rack up 96,700 miles on it.

Right now I have 3 running, my 00 M2, my 67 E Glide, and a 65 250 Sprint.
Neither of my cars work, but with the climate here in GP, it's not necessary.
Went for a 75 mile ride yesterday, not bad for 9 weeks out from open heart surgery...

My wife has a car and I only have a tuber. I have been trying to negotiate with my wife to get rid of her car but we also live in NYC and do not really need a car. It is kind of a funny debate, she knows I will never get rid of the X1 so she tells me she will sell the car when I sell the bike. Yeah, it is not going to happening, so I guess she is going to keep the car.

Not sure if you meant only Tuber as the only bike..But I do have cars too mainly because I love anything with a nice motor...Jeep ('00) for winter here in Jersey and an M-Roadster ('06) and a GT3 ('07). GT3 is for sale 'cause I need the room for a new Victory Vegas.

I actually meant tuber as only vehicle- I don't have a car. Nice cars though; GT3s are especially sick!

yep, only one vehicle, for the family. The wife drives an 03 Sport-Trac. I ride a 96 S1 daily. Ride 37 miles one way to work. Have been racking up the miles lately. I take the truck when there is rain, other than that I am on 2 wheels

Only one for me. I've had a '79 Camaro for years but it hasn't even been registered. It's been collecting dust since I bought the Buell in 2001. The wife has an '07 Honda Fit Sport, but I'm not allowed to drive it, save for emergencies.

The S1 did duty as the family vehicle for a year and a half. That sucked.

I've got an Avalon but IMHO you have to have a vehicle when you've got three kids, all of whom are too big to fit in either the tail or saddle bags. I have been able to keep the mileage down though. Only 7200 miles since Jan. '09

I like seeing some guy in his work clothes going down the freeway on a ratty old jap bike, with duct tape on the seat. You can bet that's his only ride.
