You bet!

I bought a yellow one on ebay years ago, had it painted to match, and I think it really completes the look of the bike. I can't remember exactly the brackets I used, but I drilled a hole to clear the 2002-style shift linkage I have on my S3. Pretty easy installation as I recall.
(I have pics but too large to upload)

And the right side...

I haven't seen that many, so my bike is a little unique. Just a little less after you do yours!

I now see where I have to drill out the hole for the linkage but a little hesitant since my chin is carbon fiber but dont think there is anyway around it !!!!

Yep, my fairing was plastic, only that one hole needed for the pivot shaft. With carbon, I'd use blue tape on both sides, perhaps drill a little small and use a dremel for final shaping to avoid cracks? I used the stock X1 brackets I think.

Isn't that a Bartel's Air Cleaner without the outer cover?

I'll have to check the garage to be sure...

I bought the carbon air cleaner perhaps 6 years ago from American Sport Bike. It came with a K&N element. I liked the looks and thought it more waterproof than the open K&N, ie Forcewinder types.
The outer cover is held on by Velcro strips; it has held securely (so far!) but it bumped my knee. I have since replaced it (looks better) and I just deal with the knee clearance.

Not to hijack the thread, but can anyone post a pic of the Bartel's with the cover?
