Have been thinking about selling my beloved 2000 S3T and buying a XR1200. XR1200 is nice bike but not as quick as my Buell. Took the S3T on a 750 mile ride from Norfolk to Charlottesville, through the Appalachian mountains to DC and home. Bike was flawless with no issues. I also own a 2006 Honda VFR/ABS that I take on longer tours but I'm keeping the Buell for the shorter sub thousand mile trips. Long live Buell

Forcewinder
D&D exhaust
ECM
CRG brake and clutch levers
Penske shock
Upgraded Harley shifter
Zero gravity windshield
Nuvi 550 GPS
Custom paint on hardbags with HD logo.

the only thing you have to do is put a EBR sticker on the h-d logo!

I would seriously dump the hd logo ASAP. they deserve no more respect or steet cred from Buell owners and non owners.

I have not been friendly towards the factory MOST of my life. Believe me... its not an old bag i want to keep either. Its fiercely justified unfortunately!!!

Hah! I have a 98 S3T and an 04 Honda VFR. The VFR is my daily driver. The Buell is nick named Roudy, I ride it when I want to have fun.....

I have a 2000 silver S3T, 1125CR and 1125R. I'm keeping them, especially the S3T signed by Erik at the HD 100th. It was displayed in Fuell magazine in their coverage of the 100th. Once I worked through the little issues like the speedo sensor, it has been totally reliable for a long while.

I kind of like the Harley paint job. When I run circles around my buddies with Harleys it reminds them of what the best Harley ever made really is, a Buell.
