Any ideas? My throttle wont roll back on grip. Maybe a spring? What would I need for a fix?

Need more info.

Is it just stiff as in binding or won't return at all?

Are the cables rotating the throttle body linkage?

Is the grip rubbing the switch gear housing?

Do you have after market bar ends? if so are they adjusted for proper clearance.

When's the last time you lubed your throttle and idle cables?

Definitely need more info in order to help you out.

My old-school Harley controls have a "cruise control" screw doo-hickey. Do the newer controls have the same?
Otherwise, cables too tight, probably.

Tubers with 7/8" bars don't have friction doo hickeys.

I'd start with a visual inspection of the throttle body assembly while rotating the grip.

Oh and BTW, does doo hickey have two part numbers or just one?

2 part numbers! Really!

Seriously, check the cables at the throttle body, if the cables were out of adjustment, the idle cable may have popped out of the cable guide.
There was a recall item on this, the fix is to install a clip that prevents both cables from popping out.

Mine frayed from rubbing on the throttle body bracket which wouldn't allow the cable to return into the cable housing.
I replaced both cables and bent the bracket a little to provide clearance.
