I broke a damper unit while rebuilding the forks on my 2002 X1W. I tried ordering one from the dealership (PN 46132-99Y) but they told me the part was discontinued and that no replacement was indicated.
Does anyone know where I can still get them or if there is a replacement available for the original unit?
Thanks in advance.

That sounds crazy, but I can beleive it, I broke one of mine last year during rebuild, and didn't have any problems replacing it then.

Thanks Farrisbueller. I just created an account but as soon as I login, the Harley Davidson/Buell option is not available anymore. Maybe they don't accept orders from Canada.

Here's info from Vintage Parts via email...
