I found this kit on eBay, I need it for my '99 X1 with thunderstorm heads.
is it good? I wanna make sure it's the same as stock before I start to bid...
please advise me...

You'd have to have your cases bored to fit those. STD bore is 3.5".

at the end even if I get this kit for a good price, is gonna cost me more to bore the cases.

Boring the cases is a pud job IMO.

30 minutes set up each hole max,15-20 minutes each machining.

2 hours labor tops.

but I might bid anyway, keeping that kit for my S1 when I will decide to get the engine redone in the future...
I will follow the auction, if the price won't go up too much, I might buy it and keep it there.

I'm with Mmmi on this one.. his link offers some pertinent information if you're about to spend hundreds of dollars on go fast parts. It would be nice to know the history of the company and parts - be it good or bad - before making a purchase.
