Author Message   12mpghwy Posted on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 - 02:16 pm:        Ok so I have a new primary chain PN 40005-57B and a new oem front sprocket rotor assembly. With the chain adjustment backed ALL the way down there is 1/2-5/8" free play through the viewing window. I am inclined to think that this OK because the chain should have some initial stretch, and the shoe which is also new should have some initial wear in. I think its fine as is though.
