what grade bolts would one want to use for this app? My stockers are scuzy looking, would like some stainless or chrome plated to match the hd chroe pulley cover.

I am mounting a machined and polished pulley and want to get rid of the bolts too.

Most off the chrome options on ebay do not state what grade of bolt was used.

I found one seller with chromed grade 8 but he is not currently listing 1-1/2" bolts.

I found another company that offers "show grade" polished 6 or 12 point SS bolts from ARP that exceed grade 8 and I will be going with those.

It will be a few weeks but I will let you know how it all works out.
