Yes, open them up by unrolling the edge with a small screwdriver SLOWLY, go all the way around the rear side of gauge and the bezel will come off. It will take you about 30 mins. To put back on carefully slip on bend back over with something firm but not too hard. Then peen with plastic punch with flat end with face on a towel so not to damage face. IT CAN BE DONE. I did it with tach and speedo. You will scratch the plastic some but once together you cant see it with cups on and rubber in cluster.
