anyone has done it? what slave cylinder did you use? and where did you buy it?
I wanna use a 16mm Brembo master cylinder, I know Metmachex makes one for 14mm master, I could use that one too but the clutch lever would be a little harder to pull.
anybody can give me more info?

Funny you ask this. Did you buy that one off of eBay?

Also, call Al...He'll tell you some things that you'll need to think about. I just spoke with him last week about this.

I don't recall any slave cylinder on ebay for tubers.
if you have the link, post it please.
I'll giva Al a call this coming week and see what he says, but I'm sure he does not have anything for a 16mm master cylinder...

It's gone. But if you understand how all the hydraulics and such work you'll be ok. But size/area of piston and the stroke of the rod in the slave all have to be known to be able to properly engage/disengage the clutch.

My job in the Navy is hydraulics, but Al will explain it quite simply.

The slave on eBay is gone, I wanted to buy it but he wouldn't answer my questions (stroke, length of rod).

The deal with the slave is, The one Al can get leaks, The supplier that made it also made a better slave with an inner Ferrell seal that solved the leaking problem........But they won't make anymore until all the leaky ones sell out. So Al told them he wont sell them anymore until they make the better updated ones again.

Props for Al for not selling crap.

I know, but I'm not talking about the one he can get.

I'm talking about the one on eBay that sold earlier this week.

I have a friend of mine in Italy who's machining them, one for XB and one for tuber.
now they're trying the piece, if it'll work perfectly, he will produce a small amount of pieces for friends.
take a look at it...

this is the first he made for XB, we're all waiting the one for tubers...
