My brother has a 99 lightning with a force race exhaust, and i have a 2000 m2 with stock headers and v&h can. We want to swap. I know that I can just plug the O^2 sensor hole when putting his on mine, but what would be his options for adding the sensor to a header with no hole for it?

Yes you can put the X1 pipe on your M2 after plugging the bung.
In order to use yours, he would need tp have a bung welded on to the M2 pipe.
Might be easier to pick up a used stock X1/S3 pipe from Ebay.
Or maybe post on the want ads here on BWB.
