Hi Everyone,

I want to swap out my stock handle bars and I wanted everyone's opinion on what the best looking ones are. If you have custom bars on your bike please post a picture of them on your bike. It would be great if someone was on it so I can get an idea of riding position.

Thanks!

Are you looking for something higher or more aggressive? I have crossroads and love them. More like a clip-on but on top of the triple clamp.

Sorry no pics but you can search to find pics here.

Something more aggressive. Are they comfortable? I know I will sacrifice some comfort but I don't want to be in pain after 20min.

Thanks

My hands went numb with my corbin and the crossroads. I actually prefer stock bars with my corbin seat, it puts my just right

I like the crossroads with the stock seat. Check into "superbike" bars. They look like yours but may be a little shorter.

I like the LSL A01. Check out my profile pic. Very comfortable and comes in many different colors. Order at Spiegler here in the US.

Texas,
What are those bars?? I have a set of crossroads and are looking for something a little more narrow like that.

Scm2,
I have a set of clubman's that will fit your bike. Tried them on mine, but won't work with the Firebolt Faring I have on it.

Hey Texas,

I love the billet work on your bars. Where did you get them?

hey dawg... they aren't narrow at all, they are VERY wide. But i like em like that, makes it very comfortable for me and makes it very easy to rip through the corners.

thanx for the compliments... i make those bars myself.

Wilson,
you don't have much luck on getting parts do you? Thanks for the pictures I like the look of your bike. Are your bars decent on long rides?

Maybe if I ask nice I can get Texas to build me a set.

LOL, sometimes I do, sometimes not. LOL

Well, I like the looks of them, they aren't that comfy, especially 2-up because I'm so far forward her weight is on me.

But, my wrists would fall asleep. So I lay on the tank, problem solved. I'm more for looks than comfort sometimes and they do look good. =)

I have a set of cityX bars on mine, but I am wanting to swap to a set of 1 1/8" fat bars, I just am not sure which style to buy to match as close to the cityX bars as possible.

I really like the Crossroads bars on my bike, seven degree also.

I didn't ever ride with them on the stock M2 seat so can't speak for comfort there. Had to scoop the S1 seat about an inch, because it's an S1 seat, and that made the bars a perfect fit for pretty much all riding except parking lot trolling.

Nik, you will be down three to four inches and forward maybe one. I like that it gets me closer to the tank - no need to tuck in much. Getting your weight forward helps the front end a lot if your suspension isn't tuned just right (someday I'll get to that).
