Same shape, the X1 requires an O2 bung for the fuel injectors, the M2 pipe is solid pipe as it's carbed.

You could plug the hole and put a X1 pipe on an M2, but putting an M2 pipe on the X1 will require cutting and welding.

...and 99 M2 pipes are black.

Good looking bike, the Red Stripe is my favorite X1. Is that Hayden Lake?

The sensor bung is probably not a big deal if you have a good muffler shop though.
