Remove spring and lockplate. Turn adjusting screw counterclockwise until it lightly bottoms." What does lightly bottom mean? Until the adjusting screw stops moving or when the hook lightly touches the bottom of the rim? Not sure here Everything thing else in the steps seem pretty straight forward.
