just simple things like spark plugs, oil, filter, and i was looking into an exhaust too.
just searching around for aftermarket add on's.

If you do the research in the knowledge vault and find out what parts cross-fit, you can get a lot of stuff from the local Auto store or walmart. I'm running a much larger oil filter, Purolator Pure One PL30001, for example, bought from advance auto. I wanted the extra 3/4 quart capacity.

Local: oil filters at Wal-Mart and spark plugs at Advance Auto Parts ...
