Finally got a set of hard bags for my S3. THANKS JAMES! Included the big mount but not the smaller pieces. Parts book does not seem to show everything clearly. Can someone e mail me some pictures please?
What goes on the back of the bags?
TIA

Looks like it's all there to me. Do Have the black tube frame rack? Both bags hang from a single rack hung under the seat, braces at the foot pegs and tail lamp area. Lift handles,Place them on rack, turn handle quarter turn clockwise, flip handle down.

FWIW, Tighter is not better. Adjust the nut so that they're snug, but not requiring a lot of force to snap in place. There's some of us that believe that the reason for cracking was because the clamps were adjusted too tightly. Good luck!

Mine never cracked at the draw latches. I had long cracks on the section just above the horizontal indent for the mount. A good dose of marine fiberglass cured those cracks.
