hi guys,
I need to know the turn ratio of the speedo signal of an S1, it's a 98 WL but I guess there's no difference...
I need to know it in order to calibrate my new digital speedo, that is waaaaay too fast as it is now.
thanks...

If no one can help with actual numbers...you could just crank it down to where you think it might be close then hit the road. Go out to a highway w/mile markers going 60 then start a stopwatch when you pass one marker and stop it when you pass another. If you hold your speed to 60MPH for the mile it should take 1 min. Give the speedo a tweak & repeat till it's close enough.

Or could use a GPS to calibrate it.

Where did you find a digital speedo that fits the space of the gauges? I'd be interested in putting one in my S3T (same year as your S1W)

Dennis,
my bike is custom made and I have no more front fairing, so I just put a mini speedo...
