My S1W speedometer cable wrapped around the drive, and was pulled tight as Dick's hatband. Now it wants to start off at 20MPH instead of 0. There is a brass looking piece that is at the bottom of the speedo where the cable connects, and if you spin it, it moves the needle. Does anyone have any knowledge of these things? It works fine, except for the 20 MPH part.
