I did 300 miles through central Utah on my S2 Saturday. I'd post pics, but they are huge. Aside from a couple hundred idiots on bicycles on the west shore of Utah lake, it was a great ride.

Yeah, that west road gets a lot of cycle traffic, good riding though! Lots of fun, even at sane speeds

Dude, you stumbled on about the worst weekend for that course, they just did "the Ulcer" along with at least one triathlon last weekend. The Ulcer is a hundred mile bicycle ride around the lake that attracts riders from the western states and many novice Utah riders too. It's famous for it's excellent rider support, novice caused crashes and lots of mechanical failures (generally also from novice riders).

(Sheesh, I sound like an advertisement).

Funny, that's where I grew up, just west of there.

Looks like there's about four of us that are active riders and posters here in the SL area, not sure, I think Bob Thompson is up in Ogden. Maybe we should try and get a group together for a run through East canton or up Wolf Creek or something...
