possible un related fault

did you try to burn any thing to the eeprom in the ecm ??

did you try to read the prom ?

just monitoring & browsing should not harm the ecm.

check the tps and afv values power on not runing I will check back this evening

gotta go

I also found that the lead terminals on the cheap battery are both cracked almost all the way across ?? could this have something to do with it ? the three codes are 33 35 44 .

Yes the loss of the ground to a sensor or a connection can cause erratic and no operation, repair / replace battery terms and check wiring connections.

the faults indicate power losses I believe

33 fuel pump
35 tach
44 bank angle sensor

check wiring connectors at ecm and other places the device connectors for these fault items are all over the bike.

double check the instructions for ee prom down load, reload your stock setup for now,

oh and check wiring

i got a new batt and fixed the broken ground ,cleaned the terminals of the fuel pump connectors. checked iat wires they look good . things i did to bike just before this problem , starter gasket ,new/used head pipe, renthal bars ,kuryakyn filter adapter w/tall plastic velocity stack w/screen both from asb . and bike ran fine before , but only ran for 3 or 4 min stalled during monitoring waiting for opperating temp .like i said before wont run ,starts for maybe 1 sec , some times it will only back fire out the exhaust or threw the intake .and has codes for inertia switch short to ground ,fuel pump short to ground and iat short to ground . not sure what to do next?

Tony, investigate the indicated problems, My copy of ecm spy indicates short to ground for an open circuit, check the grey and black connectors on the ecm and the wiring there, then one by one investigate
the other connectors,

either there is a wiring problem or the ecm is an issue,
