Man this is some sweet stuff, You put it on after torquing the bolts. I did a little test and put a standard nut on a bolt loose and applied the loctite and let it dry and it was like super glue. So i used it on my header bolts!
Green is the strongest!

Yep, Next time you take her apart the studs will come out instead of the nuts come off.

We use "The Green Death" to permanently hold sleeves and bushings in back hoes and loaders. Not sure how much heat you would have to apply to make it let go...

I think the package called for 400 degrees to weaken, then use hand tools. Apparently there are 3 kinds of red and also blue and purple. Good thing i have a cetaline torch at the shop.

blue - weak
red - strong
purple - heat resistant
green - super glue

is that about right?

I like to avoid all colors and just safety wire shit : D

I agree there, Since i got my safety wire kit i want to wire everything. I already have the oil filter wired and the shifter link bolt wired.
